DH and I dropped off our ballots at 6:45 this morning. Regardless of the outcome and the polar opposite reactions people will likely have, it's inspiring to see the amazing voter turnout for this historic day.
As a teacher of debate and government it is very exciting. It is especially exciting to see the young folks so engaged. I had lots of students who were 18 and voting and they were really engaged. What more can a teacher hope for.
