Time to wrap presents- ribbons and bows and … cars?

I like to wrap presents. I know this sounds silly but I do. I like to make big fancy bows in lots of different colors and sizes. These bows actually recycle from year to year and come out each season like old friends along with the decorations. My daughter doesn’t much care for all the holiday hoopla but my son found it great fun. It was even more fun when toy cars could be involved.

Out come the bows. Caelun decides to help inventory.

             

“Okay mom – we have bows- now what?”

“We do need to make some more bows right?”

 

Hmmm where is that ribbon going?

Ahh yes…

 

…of course I see now.

 

Match box cars do add a certain pizzazz.

        

Yes the big truck on the top is a nice touch.

 

The yellow fire truck does set off the red ribbon.

  

That does add a different shine.

“Good job mom- thanks for the help.”
