The herbs in our garden always grow well with little attention but this year they really took off. We have a food dehydrator so we cut back the invasion, washed it, and dried it – other than the basil. The basil I blended in my Ninja blender and froze it in ice cube trays. The only draw back was our house was exceedingly fragrant with each batch. That is okay- is was summer and we could open the windows.
Oregano-there is a sink under there I swear.
Sage
Basil-the box elder bug got a free trip back outside.
Thyme
